Univerzitet Madeira organizovao je nacionalne virtuelne radionice

U okviru radnog paketa 2 projekta HAWKING, dana 25. septembra, Univerzitet Madeira organizovao je nacionalne virtuelne radionice namijenjene akademskom i administrativnom osoblju iz Albanije, Bosne i Hercegovine i Crne Gore, s ciljem pružanja obuke o inkluzivnoj digitalnoj tranziciji iz srednjeg ka visokom obrazovanju.
Cilj ovih radionica bio je da se menadžment visokoškolskih ustanova informiše i osvijesti o značaju inovativne inkluzivne digitalne tranzicije, koja ima potencijal da unaprijedi pristup visokom obrazovanju za studente sa invaliditetom i pojednostavi njihov proces upisa. Jednodnevne obuke bile su organizovane u manjim, fokusiranim grupama po državama, kako bi se obezbedila bolja interakcija, jasnoća u komunikaciji i dublje razumevanje obrađenih tema.
Ključne teme tokom obuke su se odnosile na:

  • definiciju i značaj inkluzivne digitalne tranzicije,
  • razloge za inkluzivnost i digitalizaciju u obrazovnim procesima,
  • neophodne preduslove, tehničke i administrativne kapacitete i procedure,
  • tehnološke alate i koristi koje tranzicija donosi srednjim školama, visokoškolskim institucijama i posebno studentima sa invaliditetom.

As part of the Work Package 2 HAWKING project, on September 25, the University of Madeira organized national virtual workshops aimed at academic and administrative management staff from Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Montenegro, with the goal of providing training on inclusive digital transition from secondary to higher education.
The purpose of these workshops was to inform and raise awareness among higher education institution management about the importance of an innovative inclusive digital transition, which has the potential to improve access to higher education for students with disabilities and simplify their admission process.
The one-day training sessions were organized in smaller, focused groups by country, to ensure better interaction, clarity in communication, and deeper understanding of the topics covered.
Key topics covered during the training refered to:

  • the definition and significance of inclusive digital transition,
  • reasons for inclusivity and digitalization in educational processes,
  • necessary prerequisites, technical and administrative capacities and procedures,
  • technological tools and the benefits transition brings to secondary schools, higher education institutions and especially students with disabilities.
